1. Curry leaves
You may get shocked after seeing curry leaves as a hair remedial herb as we usually use it in cooking and adding taste to food. Curry leaves are loaded with antioxidants and proteins which is important for hair growth. It contains beta-carotene and amino acids which help in decreasing hair loss and greying of hair also increase strength of hair follicles. Curry leaves are easily available as you may have seen curry tree in you're locality or you can simply buy it from local vegetable vendor.
How to use curry leaves for hair growth :
Method - I
- Take 2-3 tablespoon of coconut oil in pan and heat it.
- Turn off heat and add 10-12 curry leaves.
- Let it cool and then apply on your scalp and hair.
- Wash it off after 1-2 hours.
Method- II
- Take 10-12 curry leaves and make a fine paste.
- Add some coconut or olive oil to it.
- Let it rest for a day.
- Filter oil and apply.
Method -III
Simply eat them in the morning, chew them slowly and avoiding eating anything for the next half an hour.
2. Amla
Amla is popularly known for its benefits to hair growth and can help in curing grey hair. It is also known by the name indian gooseberries, contain essential fatty acids which can be easily absorbed by hair follicles making the hair softer ,shinier and stronger. Method - I
- Take 4-5 amla's and boil them .
- Filter out water and apply on you're hair before bathing.

- Take 2-3 tablespoon coconut oil and mix powder in it.
- Filter out oil using cotton cloth and apply on hair.

- Take amla and lemon juice.

3. Brahmi and shikakai
Brahmi and shikakai is ayurvedic herb known for rejuvenating hair. They can help in increasing luster and hair volume .Brahmi and shikakai contain antioxidants and Vitamin C which provides collagen boost to scalp and can restore healthy hair's. They are simply available on any ayurvedic store. Methods to apply :
Method - I
- Mix one tablespoon of brahmi and shikakai powder.
- Add water and make smooth paste.
- Apply on hair and wash them off after 10-15 minutes.

Use herbal hair oil containing brahmi and shikakai.
4. Aloe vera
Aloe vera is all rounder of plants as it is beneficial for hair, skin ,immunity , digestive issues and many more. It is a leafy plant with jelly leaves. It can be found everywhere and can be easily seen in asian countries. Aloe vera contain Vitamin A,C and E which promote cell growth .It also have anti-inflammatory properties which can cool down your scalp. Aloe vera is rich Vitamin B12 and folic acid which can help in stopping hair fall.
How to use aloe vera for hair growth :
Method - I
- Cut off a fresh aloe vera leave ,split it in two halves.
- Rub the gel on hair and scalp.
- Leave it for a while and wash off with water.
Consume 1-2 tablespoon aloe vera juice with 1-2 tablespoon amla juice in the morning .Avoid eating anything after consuming them for half an hour.

Hair are mostly made of proteins called keratin which is produced through biotin .Protein rich diet will help in increasing hair growth as well as hair density and strength. 2. Use of natural oils
We all oil our hairs frequency of oiling may defer ,so always use natural oils which are driven from seeds or plants like mustard , olives ,coconut ,almonds etc. Never use synthetic fragrance oils , they may smell good but contain harmful chemicals which can cause several health issues.
3. Avoid synthetic beauty products

4. Avoid plastic
