Paneer is dairy product manufactured from processing milk. It is commonly known as cottage cheese in many regions. The only difference between paneer and cottage cheeese is that cottage cheese contain salt and cream whereas paneer is unsalted .In india paneer is eaten by many people in form of curries , paneer tikka ,paneer paratha etc. 

Paneer is formed by coagulation of milk. Lemon juice or vinegar is added to heated milk, then in no time lumbs start to form containing proteins and fats which after separating from water forms PANEER. Remaining liquid is used to prepare whey protein.

As paneer is formed from milk it contain all essential amino acids and zero carbohydrates. 

Paneer contains :

Protein : 18 g

Fats : 20 g 

Carbohydrates : 0 g ( minimal )

Cobalamin

Paneer is best for vegetarian's as it provide with high quality lean protein. Best for fast repairing of muscles. It contain casein protein which is slow digestive ,which can help you in keeping you're gut full for a longer period of time. Try eating paneer at night or in morning. Paneer contain 20 g of healthy fats, consisting of monounsaturated fats which is good for heart and can help in reducing cholesterol level.

Good for Bone and teeth

Paneer contain good amount of calcium which promote bone health .Bones and teeth are majorly made up of calcium and phosphorous. Over 90% of calcium in body is supplied to bones and teeth. So it is really important to have calcium in diet. A average person will require about 1000-1300 mg of calcium per day depending upon the age and gender.

Better Eyesight

Paneer contain Vitamin A which is known for its benefits for eyes. Help in maintaining clear cornea, which is the outer most covering of eyes. Lack of Vitamin A in diet will lead to decrease in vision in low lights.

Bottom line :

Use paneer made from cows milk as it is low on fats and contain minerals like zinc which help in improving testosterone level. Also milk products contain saturated fats which is not good for health so always use low fat milk products.
